Liver pate is available in cans in stores. However, as it is a perishable food, it should be prepared at home and stored properly. Failure to do so may result in bacterial invasion. Therefore, I am highlighting the method of storage in the fridge.

Step 1: Place the lever pate (at room temperature) in an air-tight container. Now melt a little butter, pour it over the liver pat, and close the lid after a while. Be sure to seal the lid well.

Step 2: Now, the container can be wrapped with plastic paper.

Step 3: Put a label on the container with an expiry date.

Step 4: Finally, freeze the container. Remember to use butter coating every time you seal the container before using it.

Step 3: Now, the levers should be wiped off with a paper towel and dried well.

Step 4: Fill the liver pieces in a storage bag and keep them flat in the freeze at 0 degrees Fahrenheit. In this way, the liver can be saved for 2 months.
